Max Guijt:

Max has 20 years experience as a Maritime Engineer with the Dutch Navy. Max worked in the role of Maintenance Area Manager for 5 years in the Thyssenkrupp Elevator Group in Amsterdam before transferring to Dublin. He then worked for 5 years with a leading elevator consultancy firm in Dublin before starting up his own business in 2011.

Trevor Little:

Trevor has 28 years of experience in the lift industry. Having worked in the UK for 12 years with ERS, Trevor transferred to Ireland and has worked with OTIS for 6 years and Irish Lift Services for 10 years prior to joining S.E.E.C.

His experience includes lift installation, lift modernisation, lift tester with NVQ 4 qualification and installation and modernisation manager.

Colm O'Byrne

Colm brings a huge amount of experience having spent 29 years working with Irelands largest independent lift company, Mid Western Lifts. He spent the last 15 years working as part of the management team and finished his time there as Sales Director with responsibility for sales and design.

He has worked on all aspects of the industry from Installation, testing, maintenance, modernisation, Logistics along with Health & Safety.

He is known throughout Ireland and in Europe by many leading contractors and suppliers. He has built a reputation for his experience, reliability, and knowledge of the industry

Liz Orford:

Having come from a varied spectrum of work experiences including running a manufacturing business for many years, PA & Accounts Manager, Payroll Technician (AIPA) & VAT Tech, Liz brings a wealth of hands on experience, confidence in communicating with clients and an ability to relate to a wide range of people. Liz joined S.E.E.C. Ltd in 2013. Taking on the role of Office Accounts Manager, KAM for Client Maintenance Management Contracts and assisting with Administration.

Margaret Guijt-Lawlor:

Margaret has spent the last few years working for the community and was director of elections in the successful campaign of a local Senator. Margaret is the HR manager and oversees all travel itineraries along with general administration duties.

Mark Goodings:

Mark comes from a Technical background with 15 years’ experience within the architectural sector and brings with him competencies including design & specification analysis, project management and supervision, surveying & detailing, domestic energy rating analysis and I.T management and solutions.

His role within S.E.E.C Ltd includes specification design, review and monitoring, coordinating with contractors and manufactures, site structural surveying and specification compliance and I.T management.

Maggie Oakley:

Maggie joined the company in late 2015. works as a Compliance Manager for S.E.E.C, looking after documentation and standard procedures. She is also Project Administrator and is responsible for gathering information on all ongoing projects.

Anna Jopek:

Anna graduated in 2003 with a diploma in Computer Science and in 2005 she received a Master’s Degree in Administration.

Anna moved to Ireland in 2007, working for various companies in an administration role. She joined S.E.E.C Ltd in May 2015 and she is responsible for organizing statutory inspections of lifts and escalators for all our clients across Europe. Her responsibilities also include general admin duties, and reviewing and dealing with incoming invoices.
